WaveTwo compiles client statistics daily and reports on a monthly basis to Client management. Reports are designed to clearly show which Client Units and User Devices command the most IT support.

A summary report is compiled monthly showing activity and expenses across all of a client’s organization. The report shows budgeted, emergency and approved project work in a summary fashion.

Generally, WaveTwo provides details reports, by location and type of activity as well. In all cases, each client report is customized to meet the needs of client management.
