WaveTwo, LLC/Pelorus Technology Merger

Irving TX - February 20, 2009 - WaveTwo, a privately-held professional services company, announced the successful acquisition of Pelorus Technology, a provider of Microsoft Dynamics Solutions. The companies will merge to create one of the largest privately held software and managed services providers in the DFW area delivering best-in-class solutions.

Pelorus Technology is a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) and a Microsoft Certified Partner specializing in Microsoft Dynamics AX, and Dynamics AX Education.
